Dualities

Being a founder is actually a super interesting mix of 24/7 dualities:

1. being extremely aware of the market yet being resilient to following it
2. using hype but not be used by it
3. share higher level narratives but taking care of all the super nitty gritty shit
4. listen to the community insanely hard but not shrink responsibilty that it is your decision at the end of the day
5. read all the FFFs (fade, fud, fuck yous) actively and address it but not get discouraged by it
